USING INSIDER POINTS
To use your Insider Points, first log in to your account here: My Account. Once you are ready to checkout, you can apply a minimum redemption of 75 Insider Points (value of SGD $5) to your order at your shopping cart or on the checkout page.
Insider Points cannot be earned on orders that includes point redemption. However you may earn Insider Points equivalent to the discounted amount when using a coupon code. You cannot use a coupon code and make a redemption at the same time.
To refer a friend, log in to Your Account. In your account dashboard, click the grey “Generate Referral Link” button. A unique link will be created below. Share this link with your friends! When they create an account and make their first purchase within 30 days through your unique referral link, 75 Insider Points (worth SGD $5) will be automatically credited to your account.
Insider Points are credited to your account once your order is shipped out, and expire 365 days later if unused. Please note that you have to be logged in to earn Insider Points on your orders.

When will I receive my order?
✨ All in-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery will take another 1-3 working days after dispatch (Singapore) depending on the type of shipping selected at checkout. There will be a tracking number for every order. 😊

✨ Backorders ("Backorder" label visible on product photos and product name) usually take around 3-5 weeks for stocks to arrive unless stated otherwise. It will be packed and dispatched the next working day.

Can I shower/swim/exercise with your jewellery?

We have a 14-day return policy on all our items except for earrings, sale items, items with personalised engravings or custom alterations and gift packaging add-ons.
If your order is within 14 days of the shipment date, is new and unworn, with the tag still attached, you may submit a return request for your order at:https://arva.co/returns-form/. We will advise you on the eligibility of your return request.
