    All personalized products that are custom made cannot be returned or exchanged (unless considered defective).

    2. I have sensitive skin. Can I wear this product?
    Yes, these stainless steel products are hypoallergenic and are suitable for those with sensitive skin. However, this is subjective from person-to-person so we would advise to take caution when wearing our jewelry and avoid wearing if it causes sensitivity.

    3. Can I change the words after placing my order?
    Please email us ASAP if you will like to change anything regarding your engraving as no changes can be made once we have started working on your order.

    4. Can I shower while wearing your product? Will it tarnish?
    This design is suitable for wearing into the shower. Stainless steel products do not tarnish with exposure to water and sweat. However, we advise taking it off when the jewelry is not in use to keep it looking new and shiny, especially if it is plated.
