1. Can this product be returned/exchanged?
No all personalized products are not covered under our 14-day return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless considered defective).
2. Can I change the engraving words after placing my order?
Please email us or use our Facebook chat app ASAP if you will like to change anything regarding your engraving as no changes can be made once we have started working on your order.
3. Can I shower while wearing your product?
No. Leather products should be kept away from water and chemicals as much as possible to prolong its lifespan.
