    1. Can I select what design to be included in the box?
    – No, we will select the designs based on your style profile and preferences indicated in the form. You can write down requests for specific designs however it is not guaranteed!

    2. Are all the designs included hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin?
    – Yes the jewelry included in the box will be from our stainless steel shower-safe collection or 925 silver collection which is hypoallergenic for most people, making it a perfect gift suitable for loved ones. Please note that stainless steel contains trace amounts of nickel that may cause allergies for people with severe nickel allergy.

    3. Are the designs included shower-safe and waterproof?
    – For shower-safe and waterproof designs only, select stainless steel from the list of preferences.

    4. Would I be able to exchange the items if they are not to my liking?
    – Unfortunately no. We do our best to select designs based on your indicated preferences. However the Wildflower Surprise Box is not covered under our 14-day return policy.

    5. Will the flowers wilt?
    – The hydrangea petals are dyed and preserved, and colors are expected to last up to 1 year. Please keep away from sunlight and water to maximise its lifespan.

    6. Can I leave a note for my gift recipient? When will they receive the box?
    – Definitely! Add your gift message under Order Notes at checkout. The Wildflower Surprise Box is ready to dispatch in 2 working days after placing your order and delivery is 1-3 working days after dispatch. Select rush courier delivery at checkout for last minute orders or if you require delivery at a specific date and time (4-hour delivery window).
