    A pretty petite rose gold heart necklace that features a single crystal on one side. Make it meaningful by adding your own engraving on the side of heart or at the back.

    *PLEASE NOTE* Due to the matte rose gold finish of the pendant, engraving will be more subtle and not as obvious as pendants with a polished mirror finish.

    1. Can this product be returned/exchanged?
    This design is covered under our 14-day return policy ONLY if no engraving was done. All personalized products with any engraving cannot be returned or exchanged (unless considered defective).

    2. I have sensitive skin. Can I wear this product?
    Yes, these stainless steel products are hypoallergenic and are suitable for those with sensitive skin. However, this is subjective from person-to-person so we would advise to take caution when wearing our jewelry and avoid wearing if it causes sensitivity.

    3. Can I change the engraving words after placing my order?
    Please email us or use our Facebook chat app ASAP if you will like to change anything regarding your engraving as no changes can be made once we have started working on your order.

    4. Can I shower while wearing your product? Will it tarnish?
    This design is suitable for wearing into the shower. Stainless steel products do not tarnish with exposure to water and sweat. However, we advise taking it off when the jewelry is not in use to keep it looking new and shiny, especially if it is plated.

    Caring for your Jewelry

    * Please note that some designs may contain more than 1 type of metal. Refer to the product description for details.

    Brass:
    Avoid water, sweat, perfume and other chemicals as much as possible to slow down tarnishing and keep it looking new for longer. Best to wipe with soft cloth after use and store in air-tight container.

    925 Silver:
    Wipe clean with soft cloth after wearing. Light tarnish can be removed using a special silver polishing cloth (available for purchase as add-on on product page). 925 silver earring posts that are slightly bent may be adjusted back straight due to its malleability. This is not a defect. Avoid harsh chemicals.

    Stainless Steel:
    Wipe clean with soft cloth after wearing. Water/sweat resistant and most durable. Avoid harsh chemicals.

    Always handle jewelry with care and take off when not in use. Avoid activities that may tug at the jewelry and cause accidental damage. Wipe clean after use and keep in air-tight container to extend its longevity.
