RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Arva reserves the right to reject return claims that do not fulfil the required criteria.
Submit the return/exchange form at the bottom of the page after reading through the following criteria & instructions.
RETURNS IN EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDITS
- For return claims submitted within 14 days of the shipment date, you can choose to return the item(s) in exchange for store credits (3 months validity) equivalent to the purchase price of the item (amount paid after any discounts).
- The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the Arva.co tag still attached (if any).
- Change of mind returns allowed as long as the items are in new/unworn condition and Arva.co tag attached, with exceptions below.
- The following items are NOT valid for returns/exchanges unless deemed *defective or sent incorrectly:
- All earrings (due to hygiene concerns)
- Items purchased using store credits
- Items purchased under sales/promotions
- All personalized jewelry
- Items with customized alterations
- Gift packaging add-ons
RETURN FOR REPAIR
- We are able to provide repairs for the following issues:
- Detached chain or jump rings
- Faulty clasp
- Others: To be advised
- Repairs usually take 2-3 working days (to be advised).
- Free repairs within 14 days of order shipment date. Return postage (up to $1.55/way) reimbursed by Arva.co.
- Repair fees charged after 14 days of order shipment date (to be advised). Return postage borne by customer.
NO CASH REFUNDS
Cash refunds are strictly ONLY available to customers with incorrect or *defective orders of which the same design is out of stock (i.e. no replacements can be sent out due to insufficient stock) submitted within the 14-day return period. A replacement item for the incorrect/defective item will be sent if the design is in stock.
RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Submit the return/exchange form below within 14 days of the dispatch date (date at which you receive the shipping confirmation email).
- All items must be in its ^original condition and packaging with the Arva.co tag attached. The tag must not be broken or detached from the item.
- Items must reach the Arva office within 30 days of the dispatch date. We strongly recommend to use trackable or registered postage to avoid lost mails.
- Postage and packaging costs to return the item will not be covered by Arva.co, unless the item is incorrect or deemed *defective. For incorrect/defective items, return postage reimbursement is capped at $1.55 for normal postage (SingPost).
- Arva.co will mail the item for exchange only after receiving the defective/incorrect item and processing the return claim. For other returns, store credits will be issued 1-2 working days after we receive the item(s).

*Defects are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. Slight color variations, slight size differences, slightly bent earring posts (e.g. 925 silver earring posts) and minor defects (e.g. loose threads, slight misalignment etc.) do not constitute a defective product. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
