RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Arva reserves the right to reject return claims that do not fulfill the below criteria.
You can choose to exchange for store credits equivalent to the item’s price, or request for a refund once we have received and processed the return order.
Refunds are only available to customers with incorrect or *defective orders of which the same design is out of stock (i.e. no replacements can be sent out due to insufficient stock).
Return/Exchange Instructions & Criteria
- Submit the return/exchange form below within 14 days of the dispatch date (date at which you receive the shipping confirmation email).
- Please note that Sale item, earring, and personalized jewelry returns/exchanges are not valid unless considered *defective.
- All items must be in its ^original condition and packaging with the Arva.co tag attached. The tag must not be broken or detached from the item.
- Items must reach the Arva office within 30 days of the dispatch date. We strongly recommend to use trackable or registered postage to avoid lost mails.
- Postage and packaging costs to return the item will not be covered by Arva.co, unless the item is incorrect or *defective.
- Arva.co will mail the item for exchange only after receiving the returned item and processing the return claim.
- Refund requests are only valid for customers with incorrect orders sent wrongly by Arva.co or *defective orders in which the same design is out of stock. A replacement item for the incorrect/defective item will be sent if the design is in stock.
*Subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. Slight colour variations, slight size differences, minor defects (e.g. loose threads, slight misalignment etc.) do not constitute a defective product. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
^ Returned items are only accepted if unwashed, unworn, with the Arva.co tag still attached and in its original packaging.
