Backorders will take approximately 3-5 weeks to arrive. It will be packed and dispatched within 2 working days upon arrival.
OUR RETURN POLICY
The Arva team conducts quality checks on all our products before mailing them out. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date for an exchange or refund. To be eligible, items must reach our office in its original condition within 30 days of the dispatch date. Sale Item, earring and personalized jewelry returns are not accepted unless considered defective.
